CHI Limited is a multi-brand hotel operator, having exclusive management licenses to operate hotels under the Corinthia Brand, the Wyndham Brand, the Wyndham Grand Collection and the Ramada Plaza Brand. The exclusive licenses extend to Europe, Africa and the Middle East. IHI owns 70% of the company, and the remaining 30% was acquired by Wyndham Hotels Group International in late 2006.
CHI operates hotels on behalf of IHI and other hotel investors, and supports its hotel activities with a global network of sales offices, as also a core team of senior hotel professionals supporting hotels in finance, HR, operations, marketing, quality and development. At present, CHI operates 15 hotels under its licensed brands, and intends to aggressively grow its business in the coming years following the recent joint venture with Wyndham Hotels Group.

CHI's multinational management team includes senior executives recruited from the world's leading hotel chains working out of the Malta Head Office and Regional Offices in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom and the USA.

CHI manages hotels in Czech Republic, Hungary, Libya, Malta, Portugal,
Russia, The Gambia, Togo, Tunisia and Turkey.
