Corinthia In-flight Services

Our experience in undertaking in-flight catering in Malta goes way back to 1974, the year Air Malta was formed. At that time, the in-flight catering for the national airline was provided from the Corinthia Palace Hotel in Attard, Malta.

Corinthia In-flight Services (CIS) moved to its location at the Malta International Airport in 1983, and currently has a production capacity in excess of a million meals annually. It caters to international airlines operating in the out of Malta such as Lufthansa, British Airways, SAS, Emirates Airlines, as well as the catering for many VIP flights.

CIS is a member of the International Travel Catering Association. CIS also abides by the Association of European Airlines and International Flight Services Association world food safety guidelines. In its operations CIS rigorously follows HACCP procedures, supported by its own on-site laboratory. As a result CIS is able to provide its clients with the comfort of having a full hygiene and nutrition service available as well as ensuring that all suppliers and products meet all aspects of food safety.
