PROFILE

Alfred Pisani: is the founder of the Corinthia Group and has bee n the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the inception of Corinthia in 1962. He was responsible for the construction of the Group's first hotel, the Corinthia Palace in Attard , Malta . He has led the Corinthia Group from a one-hotel company to a diversified group having significant interests. Such interests vary from equity participants, management or both in several geographical areas and include interests in other hotels in Malta, five hotels in Turkey, two hotels in Hungary, nine hotels in the Czech Republic, two hotels in Portugal and one each in Belgium, Libya, the Russian Federation, the Gambia, Togo and Tunisia. Mr. Pisani is also the Chairman and CEO of the Company.

Joseph Fenech: is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He is the Managing Director responsible for business development and corporate administration of the Corinthia Group. Mr. Fenech joined the Corinthia Group in 1980 after having spent a few years as senior auditor with a local auditing firm. His first appointment was as Group Accountant responsible for all financial and accounting matters of the Corinthia Group operations. In 1990 he was appointed a member of the executive board. Mr. Fenech is also the Managing Director of the Company.

Mustafa Khattabi: the holder of a master's degree in engineering, is the former Chairman of the Electricity Corporation in Tripoli . In 1982 he joined the Libyan Arab Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) and in 1984 moved to Malta , where he chaired the Jerma Palace Management Committee for ten years. He later moved to Tripoli as General Manager of the Participation Department of LAFICO, managing and supervising all investments. In 1997 he was appointed Chairman of the Libyan Arab African Investment Company, responsible for investment in Africa . In 2004 he moved to Egypt to manage LAFICO's tourism investments in the country, which include Sheraton Cairo, Hilton Hugada, Swiss in Dahabas, as well as participation in Conrad, Marriott and Hilton Sharm.

Khaled Al Kamda: is the Vice Chairman of Istithmar, as also Vice Chairman of Tamweel, Dubai Islamic Bank, Nakheel, Limitless, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Investments Park, and Emirates Post. He has also held various senior management positions during his 21-year career, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Emirates Group, where he was responsible for the company's mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and joint ventures. Prior to that, Mr Al Kamda was a Senior General Manager at Emirates Airlines where he was responsible for all the commercial activities of the company throughout the Middle East, Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Furthermore Mr Al Kamda has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates Hotels and Resorts, Chairman of Dubai Express Freight Works, and Board Manager of Arab Air Carriers Organization. Mr Al Kamda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Cranfield School of Management.

Richard Johnson: has 20 years experience in real estate investment, development and financing in many of the world's major markets. He was appointed Managing Director of Istithmar, responsible for real estate, in 2006.
Previously, Mr Johnson was an International Director of Jones Lang LaSalle based in China, Singapore and London. Before that he was a partner of St Quintin in London.
Mr Johnson has an MA in Law from Oxford University, an MSC in Property Investment from City University, London and is a Chartered Surveyor.

Joe Sita: is the Chief Executive Officer of Istithmar Hotels. Mr Sita has over 25 years experience in financial, operational and development positions within the hospitality industry, gained with organizations as Carlson, Accor and Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation.

Prior to joining Istithmar Hotels, Mr Sita was with the Singapore based Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific as Executive Vice President (Development), overseeing development offices in Singapore , Sydney and Shanghai .
Mr Sita sits on the Board of Kerzner International Limited and on the Board of other hotel companies in which Istithmar Hotels has interests.

Simon Naudi: joined the Board of IHI in 2005, having joined the Corinthia Group in a senior executive role in 1997. He has since been responsible for corporate strategy, including business development, particularly hotel and real estate acquisitions and project developments.

Joseph J. Vella: is a lawyer by profession. He was admitted to the Bar 1973 and has since then been in private practice. He is currently senior partner of the law firm GVTH & Associates. Dr. Vella advises a number of leading commercial organizations both in the public and private sector and has been legal advisor of the Corinthia Group for more than 15 years. Dr. Vella is also a director on several companies in addition to being a Director of the Company and a number of its subsidiaries.

Frank Xerri de Caro: joined the Board of IHI in 2004, having previously been Chief Officer of Bank of Valletta p.l.c., besides serving on the boards of several major financial, banking and insurance institutions. Mr. Xerri de Caro is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the company.

Alfred Fabri has been Company Secretary since IHI's inception. He joined the Corinthia Group in 1989 and has occupied various senior positions in the private and public sectors.
