Flight Catering Company Limited (FCCL)

FCCL has its in-flight kitchen at the Malta International Airport and caters to international carriers operating in and out of Malta.  These carriers include Emirates Airlines, Lufthansa, British Airways, SAS as well as many VIP flights.  The company is a member of the International Travel Catering Association and abides by the Association of European Airlines and International Flight Services Association world safety guidelines. 

With its own on-site laboratory, FCCL rigorously follows HACCP procedures maintaining the strictest controls that have allowed it to operate for over thirty years without any serious incidents.
