QPM Limited

QPM Limited (QPM) dates back to the 1980’s and since then has developed into the largest international project management organisation in Malta, having been entrusted with more than forty projects valued at over €1 billion. 

QPM originated from a projects division within the Corinthia Group of Companies, an international organisation with ownership and management interests in twenty-five hotels on three continents, which set up QPM to ensure that its hotels are built within agreed budgets, time frames and to the required specifications.

QPM, offers a range of project, construction and cost management services to a number of international clients in various countries. It has carried out construction and refurbishment projects in Malta, Libya, Hungary, Turkey, Czech Republic, Portugal, Tunisia, Sudan and the Russian Federation.

The reputation and growth of QPM are a result of its rigorous adherence to job and time programming, strict cost control, technical quality assurance, design co-ordination, and most importantly immediate response to the Client's needs throughout the project.
